Peter Karpf is a Danish architect born 1940 in Copenhagen. He was educated in cabinet making at Fritz Hansen and in design at the Copenhagen School of Arts and Crafts in the 1950s and 1960s. Peter Karpf has cooperated with Piet Hein, Grete Jalk, Arne Jacobsen and Jørn Utzon and his designs have been produced by Iform, Fritz Hansen, Architectmade and Dansk. His work is represented at Museum of Modern Art, New York, Museum für Angewante Kunst, München, Köln, Victoria & Albert Museum, London, Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Montreal, Design Museum, London, Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, Stedeljik Museum, Amsterdam and Focke-Museum, Bremen.
