The Cutter bench was originally designed for an exhibition called Walk the Plank. Here, inspired by the German Bauhaus movement, the idea of a slatted seat on a coherent frame came into life. The minimalist design is effortless in its expression and does well in most settings, inside as well as outside. The Cutter Bench has many uses - it can grace the façade of your house or a corner of the garden, provide a place to sit down or a surface to put things on in the hall or bathroom. In designer Niels Hvass’ own words: “The bench radiates unrivalled simplicity. The precision-made bars merge with the coherent design in sublime harmony.”
