The inner aluminium core between the steel layers conducts heat well, ensuring that food is heated evenly and rapidly. The outer surface is satin finish steel and inner surface is ball blasted steel.
Suitable for all hobs and oven. Dishwasher safe. Always cool a hot pan completely before washing. Let the pan dry upside down. Metal tools may be used with care, but might cause scratches to the surface. Appearing of scratches, heat stains and discolouration after use is possible, but they are only visual changes and don't affect on functionality or safety.
