The Matin Flush Mount Lamp by HAY is part of the Matin collection by Inga Sempe that brings new, fun and flexible lighting to your home or office.
As Inga Sempe says: "The flush mount version is meant to be a nice cover for electric plugs on the ceiling. The shade sits very close to the ceiling itself so that one doesn’t see the technical elements inside. It can also be used as appliqué for the plugs that have been set inside the walls."
The lamp lives up to its name, lying flush to the wall or ceiling, mounted on a painted steel bracket. It comes in two sizes in a choice of colours: classic white or funky lavender and yellow to make a statement. Combine the different sizes - try the bigger one above and the smaller ones on the wall below.
Two E14 bulbs (not included) create a soft ambient light.
