Pia Wallen new agency for Skandium

Skandium has taken on the UK agency for Swedish designer Pia Wallén from October 2002. Most well known for her felt slippers and cross design wool throws, Pia Wallén has been at the front of new Swedish design since the 1980's. Her products have reached almost iconic status, particularly in Japan. The designs are steeped in the Swedish textile tradition with materials such as felt and wool, but with completely modern appearance.

The collection includes both clothing, bags, slippers, jewellery and interior products like cushions and throws. By making Pia Wallén available to a wider British public, Skandium continues its ambition to promote the best of new Scandinavian design.
