Jørgen Møller (born 1930) trained as a bricklayer, finishing his apprenticeship with silver medal in 1953. He worked for Arne Jacobsen from 1961 to 1967. He opened his own architect office in 1967. Jørgen Møller strongly feels that every single utensil for everyday use must be designed to fulfill not only functional demands, but at the same time satisfy our aesthetic sense. For Georg Jensen he has created watches, utensils and thermometers, but his most well know design is the elephant bottle opener. His work in is included in the collection of New York's Museum of Modern Art.
