Originally designed for Bing & Grøndahl 1952 but, due to the complexity of the shapes, the tea set never went into production, only prototypes were made.
Only now, more than 60 years later, has it finally been possible to overcome the difficulties and bring "Essence" to the market.

Designed by Finn Juhl
Finn Juhl (1912-1989) was the first Danish furniture designer to be recognized internationally. He studied architecture at the Royal Academy in Copenhagen with Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen, but as a furniture designer he was self-taught, a fact he always emphasized.
