A wider and shorter style than other large scarves from Hilary Grant. It can be draped over the shoulders once, or wrapped around and knotted to create a full, oversized look. The “Sashiko” Pattern comprises small ‘fin’ motifs, which are subtly graded, reducing in density and size towards the centre of the scarf, creating a faded effect at the tails.
Knitted in a 1 ply superfine Geelong Yarn. The reverse jacquard construction, in combination with the sparse embroidery-like pattern, creates a fabric which is especially delicate to the eye and touch.
Each colourway is reversible. Designed in Orkney. Knitted and hand finished in the Scottish Borders.
