How does this work?

• Enter order number and order email address and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
• Once your return request has been approved you will receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps.

What are the conditions for return?

Most purchases from Skandium can be returned within 365 days of receipt. However please note the following conditions:

• The reurned item must be in unused condition
• Must be returned in original pacaking with no damages or marks
• "Made to order" items cannot be returned

What does it cost me?

• There are no charges for returning parcels up to 60x50x50cm and 10 kg
• If your return parcel exceeds this size please contact us at letstalk@skandium.com
• Please note that your original delivery costs will not be refunded
   

I have shipped my returns - now what ?

• When your returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse you will receive an e-mail notification. We will inspect your return as fast as possible and let you know if we for any reason cannot accept your return.
• Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed. The full amount will be issued to the original method of payment, and will be in your account within 10 working days.
