The KAISER idell™ collection comes in different variants: Table-, wall-, floor lamps and pendants. KAISER idell is original Bauhaus design. The series is based on a world-patented swivel joint and the characteristic dome embossed with "ORIGINAL KAISER-idell". The lamps are available in black, matt black, ivory, white and ruby red (some versions are only available in a limited colour selection). The lamps are made in steel and brass and the lampshades are hand painted in high gloss or matt (only available in black) and the chrome-plated lamp elements consist of hand polished and silver-soldered brass. The lamps are compatible with bulbs of the energy classes: A++, A+, A, B, C, D.
The scissor lamp; model 6718-W, is the newest lamp in the Kaiser Idell series designed by Christian Dell in the 1930s. The wall mounted lamp has a swivelling shade and flexible scissor arm. The lamp is produced from steel and brass.
