This cutlery was designed by Henning Koppel, the sculptor, as a tribute to the World Exhibition in New York in 1963 and soon made history as a new departure in design.
As early as 1966 the cutlery was awarded the ID prize, the highest accolade for Danish design, for its clear-cut lines where the form itself is the decoration.
